WHAT IS ADDICT’S LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR PADDLES?


Addict Pickleball paddles have a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship for the life of the paddle ​​with activation of warranty through the registering of the paddle with us. The warranty is not transferable after registration and only applies to the original owner.

Miscellaneous


This warranty is available for Addict Pickleball paddles in the United States. We hold the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our lifetime warranty. We determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our limited lifetime warranty. Replacement paddles are not covered under our limited lifetime warranty.

Conditions for Returns
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The original packaging, labels, and any additional product materials should be included.
  • Proof of purchase, such as order confirmation, must be provided.
Damaged Products
  • If a product is received damaged, customers should report the damage within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • The damaged product must be shipped back to Addict Pickleball. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged items in the form of store credit.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged product, customers will have the choice of:
  1. A replacement product shipped at no additional cost.
  2. Store credit equivalent to the value of the purchased product. 
  3. Processing Returns
To initiate an online return
  • Contact our Customer Service team at hello@addictpickleball.com with your full name, order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Follow the shipping instructions provided by our team.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund or exchange.
To initiate an in-store return
  • Contact our Customer Service team at hello@addictpickleball.com with your full name, order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • After receiving a response with a time, come to the Addict Store located at 1701 E 2nd Ave, Tampa, FL 33602
  • Show us the email and order number and we will inspect the returned product(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund or exchange.
Exceptions

Products that have been used or damaged by the customer, or products not returned within the 30 day return period, will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Certain products may also be exempt from returns.

Refunds

Approved refunds for products returned within the 30 day period will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received a refund within a stipulated time, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Changes to This Policy

Addict Pickleball reserves the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
