Andrew Stephan

Drew is a Co-Founder of Addict Pickleball. His background includes experience in real estate development, working on the Midtown project with the Bromley Companies. He specializes in creative hospitality and entrepreneurship, having co-owned and scaled a currency exchange business to over 300 locations in 25 states.

Nicholas Sarabalis

Nick is a Co-Founder & Head of Operations of Addict Pickleball. After graduating from medical school, he transitioned into Private Equity and finance, working for the Wanek's private family office, the founders of Ashley Furniture. He was also a partner in Profitability Partners, a company offering fractionalized CFO services.

Hunter Henson

Hunter, Head of Community at Addict Pickleball, blends technical expertise and leadership experience. As a former Sound Engineer and Audio/Visual Director, he managed live event productions, while his tenure as a Starbucks General Manager honed his operational strategy skills. Hunter is committed to building a vibrant and engaged community for Addict Pickleball.

Brian Vane

With over two decades as a professional firefighter, Brian Vane brings leadership to his role as Community Partnerships Manager at Addict Pickleball. His experience as a property consulting business owner adds strategic insight. A certified coach and medal-winning player, Brian actively supports the pickleball community, coaching high school teams and competing in regional tournaments.

Amy Berry

Amy, Head of Partnerships at Addict Pickleball, brings over 20 years of experience in Business Development and the Entertainment Industry. She has held roles in record promotions at Mercury Records/Universal Music Group and as Director of Marketing for various Chambers of Commerce. Amy excels at building strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation.

Angelo Petricone

Angelo, a 5.0+ player and an 8.0+ human, is known for his selflessness, positivity, and infectious energy. As Addict’s first Head Coach, Angelo has taught thousands of students and hosted hundreds of clinics for players of all skill levels. He is dedicated to spreading the brand’s mission and vision nationwide, inspiring communities and attracting players who embody the spirit of Addict far beyond Tampa, FL.

Sharief Ferris

Sharief brings over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry and 25 years as a successful business owner. Known for building strong relationships and driving customer loyalty, Sharief excels in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. A recent addition to the Addict Courts team, he is taking a lead on sales initiatives to support the division’s growth and expansion.
